W1: has detailed knowledge of considerable European authors and texts from the 19th century (K_W03).
W2: has broad and systematized knowledge literary and extra-literary contexts of European literature (K_W04).

(in Polish) Student:
U1: is capable of interpreting literary phenomena thoroughly (K_U02).
U2: is able to analyze relationships with various areas of culture and with the literatures of various regions of Europe (K_U02).
U3: possesses advance skills of literary analysis and interpretation (K_U05).
U4: can refer to appropriate literary and extra-literary contexts in their analyses and interpretations (K_U05).

K1: is deeply aware of the importance of comparative studies (K_K01).
K2: understands cultural pluralism (K_K03).
