Managing your own career and independent functioning in the professional market is a challenge for every graduate of higher education. The proposed course helps to confront your interests and plans with the practice of psychologists in the areas of clinical and health psychology, school and educational, and work and organization. Students will learn to search for legal acts regulating their future profession. They will conduct and discuss an interview with a psychologist- practitioner, which will make ideas about future work more realistic.
They will get acquainted with the idea of forming professional competences according to. Roe and Bartram.
A separate block of classes will be devoted to designing a psychological service, with a competence, economic and marketing aspect. The workshop devoted to the design of the service will be conducted using the Design Thinking method.
SWOT analysis in relation to your career plans will allow you to plan the choice of specializations or optional classes and additional courses.
