New technologies in social and environmental research (eye-tracking, VR, AR, drones, GIS) - 1 2404-P-4-PPSS-NTBSS1
The course is a workshop - some classes will be conducted online, some on-site. The aim of the course is to prepare students to independently present spatial data in the form of professional maps. The classes will be block-based.
Part 1. 6-hour meeting - theoretical and introductory part to QGIS - (online)
Part 2, 6-hour meeting - familiarization with the functionalities of the QGIS program (on-site)
Part 3. 6-hour meeting - working with data and preparing tools - questionnaires, map bases, mobile application + assessment of the theoretical part (meetings 1 and 2), (on-site)
2 weeks x 3h - time for field research
Part 4. 4.5h meeting - processing of collected data and preparation of map input + map interpretation (on-site)
Part 5. Meeting 1.5h - presenting the results (online)
