Introduction to clinical neuropsychology

The classes present case studies of patients with cognitive disorders due to acquired brain damage (e.g. resulting from a head trauma or cerebrovascular diseases), excluding neurodegenerative disorders, which are the subject of a separate course within the neuropsychology specialization.
Topics:
1) Clinical neuropsychology – characteristics of the discipline.
2) Causes of brain damage.
3) Perception disorders
4) Speech disorders.
5)Attention disorders.
6) Memory disorders.
7) Disorders of any motor activities.
8) Executive function disorders.
