Development of Psychological Questionnaires (summer) 2404-P-2L-KKP-Sj
The course is intended to enable students to practically master basic issues in the field of psychometrics by independently constructing a simple psychological questionnaire measuring a feature selected by the student.
Program content (winter and summer semester):
1) Concept and theory of the measured feature
2) Operationalization of the measured characteristic
3) Creating an initial pool of questionnaire items
4. Assessment of the content validity of the items by competent judges
5) Creation of the first experimental version of the questionnaire
6) Planning and conducting empirical research
7) Analysis of items and their selection using methods such as:
a) factor analysis
b) discriminatory power analysis
c) external criterion (e.g. comparison of validation groups)
d) correlation with other questionnaires
e) other
9) Assessment of the psychometric properties of the questionnaire
10) Development of standards
11) Preparing a questionnaire for use in research (test form, instructions, answer key, etc.)
12 Writing a research report
NOTE The exact schedule of work on the questionnaire is determined by the teacher. It would be desirable for the content described in points 1-5 to be completed by the end of the winter semester. The remaining content (including writing the report) should be completed by the end of the summer semester.

The condition for passing the course is to construct a psychological questionnaire. To pass the summer semester classes, it is necessary to conduct empirical research and, on this basis, construct the psychometric properties of the test and write a report summarizing all work on the questionnaire.
