Learning outcomes - knowledge
K_W01 The graduate knows and understands the basics of the philosophy of education and pedagogical axiology and is able to relate it to the personal, integral development of a child or student;
K_W02 The graduate knows and understands classic and contemporary theories of human development, upbringing, learning and teaching or education and their application values, and is able to critically evaluate them and use them creatively;
K_W04 The graduate knows and understands the main educational environments, their specificity and processes taking place in them;
K_W07 The graduate knows and understands the issue of intercultural education;
K_W14 The graduate knows and understands designing and carrying out diagnostic activities, taking into account the specificity of the functioning of children in preschool and younger school age, and their diverse educational needs, including the scope and quality of social support
Learning outcomes - skills
K_U01 A graduate is able to observe pedagogical situations and events, analyze them with the use of pedagogical and psychological knowledge and propose solutions to problems;
K_U02 A graduate is able to design and conduct pedagogical activities, recognize the needs, possibilities and talents of a child or student, as well as plan, implement and evaluate personalized education and upbringing programs;
K_U03 The graduate is able to use in everyday educational practice various ways of organizing the learning and teaching environment, taking into account the specific needs and possibilities of individual children or students and groups;
K_U04 The graduate is able to select, create, test and modify materials, means and methods adequately to the purposes of upbringing and education;
K_U14 A graduate is able to effectively use in work with a child or student information obtained about him from specialists (psychologist, speech therapist, pedagogue, doctor) and parents or guardians of the child or student;
K_U15 The graduate is able to use the native language correctly and show concern for the culture and ethics of his / her own, children or students

K_K01 A graduate is ready to use ethical standards in professional activities, respecting human dignity;
K_K02 The graduate is ready to form appropriate behaviors and attitudes of children or students, including towards culture and art;
K_K03 The graduate is ready to build a relationship of mutual trust between all subjects of the upbringing and education process, including parents and guardians of a child or student, and to involve them in activities promoting the effectiveness of education;
K_K05 The graduate is ready to communicate with people from different environments and of different emotional condition, to resolve conflicts in a dialogical way and to create a good atmosphere for communication in the preschool group and in the classroom and outside of them;
K_K06 The graduate is ready to accurately recognize the specificity of the local and regional environment and undertake cooperation for the benefit of children or students and this environment;
K_K07 The graduate is ready to design and implement activities aimed at axiological education and upbringing to values - introducing children or students to the world of values
