The main goal of the course is to provide practical knowledge on planning and implementing multimedia projects in various fields of activity, with particular emphasis on cultural institutions. Students will become familiar with basic web applications for multimedia processing and editing, and will also create graphic design projects (e.g., marketing videos, social media videos, posters, book covers, magazine covers, photomontages, and culinary photography).

• Basics of working with graphic objects. (2 hrs)
• Product catalog for business customers. (2 hrs)
• Promotional video for social media - reels. (2 hrs)
• Podcast – basic preparation. (2 hrs)
• Podcast – realization. (2 hrs)
• Applied graphics – industrial design (2 hrs)
• Visual identification – logotype. (2 hrs)
• Visual identification book. (2 hrs)
• Assessment of classes. (2 hrs)

W1: Has basic knowledge of how to save graphic files, knows the difference between various types of graphics, also creating by AI tools
W2: Knows the basic methods of processing multimedia and new applications using AI technology
W3: Has knowledge of basic applications for editing digital forms
W4: Knows the trends in the development of IT technologies in the field of digital media processing

U1: The participant analyzes and evaluates digital projects
U2: Student can recognize graphic objects generated by AI tools
U3: Student can create a new digital image and perform simple editing
U4: Student is able to define and discuss the purpose of creating (or editing) a given multimedia projects, also using AI applications
U5: The participant can analyze the presented graphic task and selects the appropriate tool for its implementation

K1: Is aware of the progressive development of information technologies in the field of multimedia and AI tools editing
K2: Is aware of the need for continuous self-education regarding the latest IT achievements in the field of digital media processing

• 100-95: 5 (very good)
• 94-85: 4.5 (good plus)
• 84-75: 4 (good)
• 74-65: 3.5 (satisfactory plus)
• 64-55: 3 (satisfactory)
• 54-0: 2 (fail)
