Main goals of the course are:
• developing basic skills in analyzing and diagnosing cultural needs in a local and institutional context.
• developing competencies in planning, organizing, and managing activities in cultural institutions.
• preparing students to work using project-based methods.
• familiarizing students with modern promotional tools used in cultural institutions.
• developing an attitude of openness and participation in working with the local community and with groups with different needs (including people with disabilities).
• familiarizing students with sustainable development activities carried out in cultural institutions.

Assessment criteria
• active participation in classes (minimum 70% attendance),
• preparation and presentation of a group project – drafting an artistic project based on the SMART methodology.
• 5 (very good): the student fully meets the course objectives, demonstrates independence, creativity, and in-depth problem analysis.
• 4 (good): the student has correctly mastered the course content, completes tasks, and justifies them appropriately.
• 3 (satisfactory): the student knows the basic course content, completes tasks to a limited extent, with the instructor’s assistance.
• 2 (unsatisfactory): the student has not mastered the basic issues and has not met the formal requirements for course completion.
