Diversity in the World of Work 2400-OG-EN-DWoW
The seminar will present theoretical perspectives of sexuality and gender in the workplace, including critical sociology and critical management studies. The most important research in the field will be discussed. The importance and uniqueness of social-economic perspective will be clarified.

W1: A student knows the socio-economic perspectives about human sexuality and gender.
W2: A student understands why and how sociological and economic perspectives differ.

U1: A student can find and interpret quantitative and qualitative socio-economic data about gender and sexuality.
U2: A student can use this knowledge to implement changes in a work environment.
