(in Polish) W1: Student knows the concept of labour market
W2: Student is familiar with labour market policy instruments
W3: Student recognizes the phenomena occurring on the labour market and identify their determinants (institutional, economic, demographic etc.).
W4: Student is acquainted with motivation instruments within the organization
W5: Student has basic knowledge about organizational culture and the concept of conflict

(in Polish) U1: Student is able to interpret labour market indicators. He or she is able to find necessary data to understand labour market situation
U2: Student categorizes labour market policy instruments
U3: Student is able to categorize motivation instruments
U4: Student explains the role of organizational culture in managing people
U5: Student has basic skills in managing conflict in the organization
