W1. risk factors and health threats in patients of all ages - D.W1;
W2. etiopathogenesis, clinical symptoms, course, treatment, prognosis and principles of nursing care for patients in selected diseases - D.W2;
W3. principles of diagnosis and planning of patient care in neurological nursing - D.W3;
W4. types of diagnostic tests and principles of their ordering - D.W4;
W5. principles of preparing patients of different age and health condition for tests and diagnostic procedures, as well as principles of care during and after these tests and procedures - D.W5
W6. properties of drug groups and their effects on patient systems and organs in various diseases depending on age and health condition, including side effects, drug interactions and administration routes - D.W6;
W7. nursing standards and procedures used in the care of patients of various age and health condition - D.W7;

Learning outcomes - skills
(in Polish) He can:
U1. gather information, formulate a nursing diagnosis, set goals and plan for nursing care, implement nursing interventions and evaluate nursing care - D.U1;
U2. provide self-care counseling for patients of different age and health status regarding developmental defects, diseases and addictions - D.U2;
U3. prevent complications in the course of diseases - D.U3;
U4. provide the patient with oxygen on an ad hoc basis and monitor his condition during oxygen therapy – D.U9;
U5. prepare the patient physically and mentally for diagnostic tests – D.U12;
U6. recognize complications of pharmacological, dietary, rehabilitation and therapeutic-care treatment – D.U18;
U7. provide information to members of the therapeutic team about the patient's health – D.U22;
U8. assess the level of pain, the patient's response to pain and its severity, and apply pharmacological and non-pharmacological pain management – D.U24;
