(in Polish) Podstawy fizjoterapii: Metody specjalne w fizjoterapii
1855-F4-MSWF-SJ
The subject is carried out in the form of lectures and exercises.
Exercise.
The basis for students' active participation in the exercises will be the skills acquired in the course of physiotherapist education in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of studies. Include:
• preparation of the workstation for working with the patient, including: selection of necessary instruments and utensils, setting the above mentioned in the kinesiotherapy room, taking into account safety and ergonomics conditions,
• two-stage assessment of the patient's clinical condition: medical history and physical examination,
• performing basic techniques of therapeutic massage and manual therapy as well as kinesitherapeutic exercises.
The lecturers present selected physiotherapeutic methods, including: PNF, NDT Bobath for adults, Vojta for adults, whose common feature is the use of the therapist's manual work and the patient's movement.
The content of the lectures includes issues in the field of brain neuroplasticity, ICF, principles of rehabilitation in neurology and presentation of selected special methods used in the work of a physiotherapist.
