Knows and understands: W1: concepts in the field of medical rehabilitation, physiotherapy and disability – C.W1 W2: mechanisms of structural and functional disorders caused by disease or injury – C.W2 W3: mechanisms of action and possible side effects of physiotherapy agents and treatments – C.W3 W4: methods for assessing structural and functional disorders caused by disease or injury, diagnostic tools and methods of assessing the patient's condition for the purposes of physiotherapy, methods of assessing the structure and function of the patient's body and its activity in various disease states – C.W4 W5: principles of selection of therapeutic means, forms and methods depending on the type of dysfunction, condition and age of the patient – C.W5 W6: theoretical, methodological and practical foundations of special methods of physiotherapy – C.W7 W7: indications and contraindications for applied exercises in special physiotherapy methods – C.W8

Can: U1: perform a physical examination, physical examination and perform basic functional examinations and functional tests appropriate for physiotherapy, including measurements of limb length and circumference, range of motion in joints and muscle strength – C.U1 U2: fill in the patient's health and physiotherapy program documentation – C.U2 U3: select and conduct kinesiotherapy aimed at shaping individual motor skills in healthy people and people with various dysfunctions, conduct movement classes with a specific goal, conduct gait reeducation and exercises in the field of postural education and re-education as well as re-education of upper limb function – C.U3 U4: instruct the patient in performing movement exercises at home, how to use medical devices and everyday objects for therapeutic purposes, instruct the caregiver in caring for a person with special needs and the child – in order to stimulate proper development – C.U4 U5: construct medical training, including a variety of exercises, adapt individual exercises to the needs of the exercisers, select appropriate equipment and equipment for movement exercises and grad the difficulty of the exercises performed - C.U5 U6: select individual exercises for people with different disorders and functional abilities and methodically teach how to perform them, grading the intensity of difficulty and physical effort – C.U6 U7: demonstrate the motor skills necessary for demonstration and safety during the performance of individual exercises – C.U7 U8: plan, select and perform treatments in the field of special physiotherapy methods – C.U8 U9: operate and use devices in the field of special physiotherapy methods – C.U9 U10: demonstrate advanced manual skills allowing the use of the appropriate technique in the field of special methods of physiotherapy – C.U10 U11: use specialist domestic and foreign scientific literature – E.U3
