W1: basics of functioning of individual systems of the human body and the motor and sense organs – A.W8
W2: kinesiological mechanisms of movement control and regulation of metabolic processes occurring in the human body and the physiology of physical effort – A.W9
W3: methods of assessing the functions of individual organs and systems and the possibilities of their use to assess the functional state of the patient in various clinical areas – A.W10
W4: methods of general assessment of the health condition and symptoms of basic disorders and pathological changes – A.W18
Learning outcomes - skills
(in Polish) Student can:
U1: measure and interpret the results of analyses of basic indicators of circulatory system function (heart rate, blood pressure), blood composition and static and dynamic indicators of the respiratory system, as well as assess reflexes from all levels of the nervous system in the scope of safe use of physiotherapy methods – A.U4
U2: conduct a basic examination of the sense organs and assess balance – A.U5
U3: assess individual motor features – A.U12
U4: assess physical and functional fitness based on current tests for all age groups – A.U13
U5: conduct an interview and analyse the collected information to the extent necessary for conducting physiotherapy – A.U14
U6: use specialist domestic and foreign scientific literature – E.U3
