W2 – types and criteria of healthcare segmentation and is able to analyse the healthcare unit surroundings (B.W19)

U1 – justify marketing actions in healthcare (B.U4; B.U7)
U2 – differentiate types and causes of conflict, and choose efficient conflict solving methods (B.U12)
U3 – name and describe negotiation techniques (B.U12)

K1 – deepen healthcare marketing and management knowledge and skills based on the knowledge of others (K5)
