Basics of physiotherapy: Motor Skills Training and Movement Education Methodology 1855-F1-KR-SJL
Lectures
1st semester
The origins and contemporary directions of movement education in the perspective of personalistic physical culture.
Methodology, its essence, scope and goals: praxeological model of movement education, principles of teaching and learning, teaching and work management styles, and professional roles in the movement education process.
Construction of a methodological unit, individualization and its place in the selection of appropriate tasks, methods and forms of organization of classes.
Semester II
Human mobility, its structure, variability and conditions in the process of phyllo and ontogenesis.
Methods of training exercise capacity (manifestations of motor skills).
Physical fitness and its testing. Developing movement skills (ways, types, methods, models and means of teaching movement).
Exercises:
1st semester
Basic rules for using the sports hall and swimming pool (OSH) when organizing and conducting physical activities; Gymnastics in physiotherapy - organizational and order exercises; Methodology of movement games and activities; Movement games and plays in the rehabilitation and recreation of people of different ages; Courses and outlines of physical activities; Methodology of swimming in selected styles; Equipment and coordination exercises in swimming and water therapy; ; Independently conducting games based on taming, buoyancy, breathing exercises, slips and propulsion movements of legs and hands; Therapeutic exercises using the water environment and elements of swimming technique.
Semester II
Gymnastics in physiotherapy - basic starting positions and shaping exercises; Recording of shaping exercises; conducting shaping exercises; Methodology and technique of team games in the process of improving movement; Games based on elements of team sports games in the rehabilitation and recreation of people of different ages; Assessment of functional efficiency; fitness testing; Methodology of teaching elements of swimming technique; Aqua aerobics as a form of water therapy; Other techniques of swimming and jumping into the water - elements of water rescue. Elements of therapeutic exercises in the aquatic environment; Preparation of outlines of swimming lessons; An attempt to independently conduct classes in the water.

Assessment criteria
Written exam (0 – 15 points; > 60%): C.W1, C.W6, C.U3, C.U6
Theoretical tests (0 - 5 points; > 80%): C.W6, C.U3, C.U4, C.U6, C.U7, C.U17, K3
Extended observation (0 - 5 points; > 50%): K3, C.U4, C.U7
The student will receive credit for the subject after obtaining it
positive result of theoretical tests and practical skills and a positive assessment of competences social, he will get the appropriate number of z points all assessed criteria: preparation and practical completing the exercises (score in the range of 0-5) points for each classes divided by their number - active participation in classes allows you to score 4 or 5 points, and passive participation is rated up to 3 points - skipping one exercise lowers assessment by 1 point. and requires an individual pass after prior presentation of a medical certificate or official); in passing the test in swimming, methodology, gymnastics and team sports games; (assessment in the range 0-5 points).
