Education Module 3: Finance and Management: Economics and Financing in Health Care 1800-ZP1-EKOFN-S2L
Classes are conducted in the form of lectures and exercises.
As part of the course, students will acquire knowledge and skills in the field of microeconomic and macroeconomic aspects of health care, which will enable them to make rational and effective decisions within the course of the course.
Microeconomic aspects of the course include the analysis of consumer and producer decisions in the area of health care. Students learn about the criteria and premises for making these decisions by business entities in health care. The macroeconomic part of the course aims to familiarize students with the mechanisms of health care systems and will allow them to independently assess social and economic phenomena as well as state activities related to health and its protection.
