Classes are conducted in the form of lectures.
As part of the subject, students will acquire knowledge and skills in the field of microeconomic and macroeconomic aspects of the functioning of health care, which will enable them to make rational and effective decisions within the subject.
Microeconomic aspects of the subject include the analysis of consumer and producer decisions in the area of health care. Students will learn the criteria and premises for making these decisions by economic entities. The macroeconomic part of the subject aims to familiarize students with the mechanisms of functioning of various forms of health care systems operating around the world.
