University-Wide/Course Lecture: New Medical Law 1800-POG-NPM

Classes conducted in the form of lectures. Lectures include an analysis of the latest sources of law in the field of medical law. During the lectures, students will be familiarized with changes in medical law along with an analysis of the practical significance of the changes made and the direction in which further changes are possible in the future. The role and importance of systematic updating of knowledge in the field of medical law will be emphasized.

Total student workload

Obligation hours with the participation of the teacher: - participation in lectures - 15 h 15 h = 0.6 ECTS 2. Time devoted by the student to individual work: - reading the literature - 10 h = 0.4 ECTS 3. Time required to prepare for the assessment process - 25 h = 1 ECTS Total workload: 50 h = 2 ECTS

Learning outcomes - knowledge

The student knows and understands: Knows and understands the legal rules that apply to local, national and international health and social policy W2- knows and understands legal issues concerning the functioning of the health sector and business entities operating in it

the student is able to: U1 - self-propose solutions to problems related to the specificity of work in health care units and carry out procedures aimed at solving these problems

The student is ready to: K1- independent and critical replenishment of knowledge and skills in the field of medical law
