Kinesitherapy 1800-F2-PFK-SJ
Lectures: The main goal of the lectures is to enable students to acquire the theoretical foundations of therapeutic exercises, other local and general kinesiotherapy methods, and kinesiotherapy techniques. The lectures are designed to introduce students to kinesiotherapy and present its systematics. They facilitate a detailed biomechanical analysis of body posture, joint movement, and human motor skills in normal conditions and with various musculoskeletal disorders. They also describe the tools and principles of patient assessment for physiotherapy.
Exercises: The main goal of the exercises is to enable students to acquire practical skills in performing therapeutic exercises and therapeutic techniques, and to rationally apply them to various dysfunctions. The exercises enable students to learn and improve patient assessment for kinesiotherapy and operate specialized equipment. They allow students to independently plan and perform kinesiotherapy treatments, and enable them to assume the role of a patient and gain their own therapeutic experience.
