Term 2023/24:
Classes in the form of lectures and seminars. Step by step, all the activities that need to be performed to properly prepare the documents needed to register a company in accordance with applicable legislation and standards will be discussed. Students will be able to answer the questions:
- What type of activity should be chosen so that the newly established company can bring benefits in the future?
- What activities should be performed to set up your own company and where to look for important information?
- Which institutions should be contacted, what forms should be filled in and how should they be completed to register a company?
- What deadlines apply to a future entrepreneur who sets up a business?
- How can you run a business online?
- When do you need a concession, license or permit to run a business?
Students will also learn what unregistered business activity is, and how to set up and run a business without registration. The most important topics related to the possibilities and limitations of this form of earning money, obligations related to ZUS, tax settlement will be discussed.

- czytanie literatury oraz praca projektowa- 5 h = 0,2 ECTS
