2.4. Gynaecology of Puberty and Menopause

During the course "Gynecology of puberty and menopause" students take part in a seminar and exercises.
During the classes, students can analyze the results of hormonal tests, assess the degree of sexual maturation based on images. Students participate in diagnosis and treatment in the form of joint case studies.

Hours requiring the teacher's presence:
- exercises - 2 hours,
- seminars - 4 hours;
Hours requiring individual student work:
- preparation for classes and exam - 2 hours,
- reading literature - 2 hours,

The student knows:
W1: has knowledge related to female reproductive functions, their disorders as well as diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, in particular in the field of:
1) the menstrual cycle and its disorders,
2) menopause (F.W9)

Correction exam:
Depending on the size of the improving group - the form of credit in the form of a test or an oral form.
The head of the Clinic decides about the final form of the make-up exam.
