Learning outcomes - knowledge
W1 – student knows physical basis of non-invasive and invasive imaging methods using in diagnostic processes of the heart and vessels diseases (B.W08)
W2 – student has a knowledge related to contemporary diagnostic imaging methods, particularly with respect to:
1) radiological symptomatology of individual diseases (coronary angiography)
2) instrumental methods and imaging techniques used in treatment procedures (coronary angioplasty)
3) indications, contraindications, and preparation of patients for different types of imaging tests as well as contraindications for the use of contrast agents (F.W10)
Learning outcomes - skills
U1 – student draws conclusions on relationships between anatomical structures on the basis of diagnostic examinations, particularly in the scope of radiology (plain x-ray imaging, imaging using contrast agents, computed tomography and nuclear magnetic resonance) (A.U.4)
