The course provides knowledge that helps build optimal interpersonal relationships. It allows you to learn specific relational tools and methods in the field of:
• expressing emotions,
• dealing with difficult situations,
• managing conflict,
• assertiveness,
• empathy,
• cooperating with others,
• interpersonal communication.

Exercises:
Demonstration performed in simulated conditions of the selected method of coping with stress. W1-W2, U1-U4, K1-K2
Extended observation (>50%).
