Effective Learning and Effective Learning Techniques
1655-Lek11EFN-J
The seminar is designed to acquire and consolidate knowledge about the components that influence the learning process, including the role of recovery and the importance of self-care, as well as to learn sample techniques that support the learning process.
The practical classes focus on acquiring practical skills in effective learning. During the classes, as part of self-awareness development, students learn about their specific paths to effective learning and practice learning techniques on examples—both in small groups and individually. This promotes the development of competencies for both teamwork and individual work.
