Learning outcomes - knowledge
(in Polish) W1: has basic knowledge of human physiology, biochemistry and physiology of physical activity
W2: is familiar with supplements, especially energy drink ingredients, used by amateur and professional athletes among different sport disciplines
W3: is acquainted when to use a particular supplement – either pre- or postexercise
W4: has basic information about advantages and disadvantages of particular supplements
W5: knows indications, contradictions and adverse effects of vitamin supplementation

(in Polish) U1: is able to asses if a dosage of particular supplement is safe for health
U2: is capable of recognizing target group of vitamin supplementation
