Learning outcomes - knowledge
(in Polish) Student
W1: has advanced knowledge of various interpretations and understandings of Biedermeier art
W2: possesses knowledge of stylistic features and subjects characteristic of Biedermeier in different branches of the visual arts
W3: is familiar, at a basic level, with Biedermeier stylistic features in different forms of art, especially literature
W4: is acquainted with various artistic phenomena that are compared to Biedermeier in scholarly literature
Learning outcomes - skills
(in Polish) Student:
U1: has the ability to discern differences between the Biedermeier and various artistic phenomena, especially Classicism, Romanticism and Historicism
U2: is capable of explaining why different, sometimes contradictory, interpretations of Biedermeier art exist
U3: has basic skills in identifying of most important artworks of the discussed era

K1: understands the significance of Biedermeier within the discourse of art history
K2: understands the necessity of thorough, holistic research on Biedermeier art
