- succession (including opening and acquisition of the succession, capacity to inherit, inadmissibility, renunciation of the succession) - 1 hour
- statutory inharitance - 0,5 hour
- testament (form, content) - 1 hour
- legal position of the heir - 1 hour
- reserved share - 1 hour
- community of succession property - 1 hour
- agreements as to succession - 1 hour

In terms of knowledge: - in-depth knowledge of the peculiarities of legal relations of family and inheritance law occurring between subjects on a national as well as international scale K_W03 - in-depth knowledge of legal language, specificity and legal constructions in the field of family and inheritance law K_W04 - in-depth knowledge of subjects of family and inheritance relations, principles of establishing and shaping these relations, expanded knowledge of a person as a subject of these relations K_W05

Credit is based on a test comprising a single-choice test (10 questions; each question scored 1 point) and a essay question (scored 2 points). Passing requires a minimum of 6 points.
