Learning outcomes
The lecture about the reborn field of law, and therefore is part of an interdisciplinary nature. Elements of religious law are in conjunction with the scientific – in the broad sense – the discipline of political, social and religious. The student will be prepared, in terms of broad religious law and the strict sense, to study the so-called ,,third degree”.
Student: will have the knowledge of the nature and content of religious law and its fundamental importance to public administration in Poland and in Europe; will be prepared for an in-depth analysis of social processes in the field of religion in terms of their legal – administrative; will be able to take advantage of the theoretical knowledge with the possibility of practical use in matter of religious understanding their characteristics on a national scale and international; will be able to take advantage of in-depth knowledge to thorough and critical analysis of specific issues, legal and administrative developments in the context of the phenomenon of religion; will be prepared to bring advisory services in the field of legal and administrative in for Polish and European religious law; this transferred knowledge should be significantly useful work in the institutions of Polish and foreign (primarily in the European Union).
