Spatial planning and public construction law 1300-PP-PB-1FS
The aim of the course is to provide institutions of spatial planning and construction law as a consecutive sequence of legal events, whose main objective is the creation of the building object.
Lecture 20 h:
1) introduction to the investment and construction process 4h
2) study of conditions and directions of spatial development of the commune, (Construction of the study, functions of the study, legal character of the study, meaning of the study for other planning activities of the commune.) 4h
3) local spatial development plan, 2h
4) Determining building conditions in the absence of a local plan. 2h
5) regulation of the land development law, with particular emphasis on the building permit decision, 4h
6) rights and obligations of participants in the construction process: investor, designer, construction manager, and inspector of investor's supervision. 4h
