The aim of the course is to provide institutions of spatial planning and construction law as a consecutive sequence of legal events, whose main objective is the creation of the building object.

Students learn about the basic institutions of spatial planning (study, the local plan) and their role in the process of investment and construction;
Assessment criteria
written examination in the form of a test, the required credit prior exercise on assessment of the exercise consists of a combination of elements: activity, presence, colloquia partial.

1) The limit is 3 times of absence. Within the limit granted is not necessary to justify absence from classes. So is not expected. "chasing". The presence of 100% does not increase the final grade.
