4. Basic procedural rules concerning the infringement of the given rights

Student: W1 - knows basic information about European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and its tasks W2 - student knows types of registerable European Union trade marks and Community designs W3 - student knows absolute and relative grounds for the refusal of registering European Union trade marks W4 - student knows the requirements of Community design protection W5 - student knows basic procedural aspects concerning protection of European Union trade marks and Community designs

Student: U1 - is able to assess and evaluate an appropriate means of protection for specific intellectual property goods U2 - can define and explain the differences in protection of the specific intellectual property goods
