(in Polish) Student W1: has basic knowledge of general institutions of banking law W2: knows primary ways of understanding banking law in International, European and Polish legal systems W3: is familiar with basic legal terms used in comparative banking law W4: is acquainted with essential principles for drafting banking agreements

(in Polish) Student U1: is able to properly seek legal norms that refer to banking law U2: is capable of interpret and clarify banking legal actions U3: has basic skills in scope of contractual interpretation of banking agreements U4: can analyse, explain and resolve primary issues on banking law

(in Polish) Student K1: understands the significance of banking system in modern society K2: understands the need for cooperation and consensus in banking sector K3: is prepared to cooperate with banking entities K4: is aware of ambiguous of banking legal actions
