Learning outcomes - knowledge
(in Polish) Student:
W1: has basic knowledge of the concept of mobbing and protection against this phenomenon; knows good practices in the field of anti-mobbing policy implementation by employers
W2: describes the differences between discrimination, mobbing and dispute
W3: has basic knowledge of the NCU anti-mobbing policy
Learning outcomes - skills
(in Polish) Student:
U1: makes a preliminary diagnosis of the dispute and indicates an appropriate method of resolving it
U2: analyses simple factual situations in specific cases and proposes appropriate solutions

K1: is aware of the importance of standards of respect and protection of human dignity and their significance for building positive interpersonal relationships
K2: Is able to respond appropriately when interpersonal conflicts arise.
