K1, K2, U3 - active participation during the lectures (discussions, moot court, group work)
W1, W2, W3, W4, W5, U1, U2, U3, U4, U5 - written tasks and oral presentations
Assessment criteria based on the number of points awarded for 1) active participation in discussions, 2) written and 3) oral tasks:
fail- 0-1 pts
satisfactory- 2-5 pts
satisfactory plus- 6-9 pts
good – 10-13 pts
good plus- 14-17 pts
very good- 18-21 pts
Bibliography
The lecturer will advise on the recommended literature and materials during the course. Materials will be accessible on the Moodle platform or on Microsoft Teams dedicated group.
