- student knows basic information about European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and its tasks - student knows types of registerable trademarks and designs - student knows absolute and relative grounds for the refusal of registering trademarks - student knows the requirements of community design protection - student knows basic procedures concerning protection of EUTM and community design

Exam paper - home take exam in the form of solving 1 out of 3 legal problems (cases) given to the students (upon student's choice).

- font: Times New Roman,
- font size: 12
- font space: 1,5

There is no requirements concerning formal style of answering paper.
