Learning outcomes - knowledge
(in Polish) Students will be able:
- to critically read legal texts to derive relevant legal rules
- apply those rules to a new factual scenario and to construct and write a persuasive legal argument using the IRAC format (Issue, Rule, Application, Conclusion).

(in Polish) Students will learn the basics of presenting a persuasive legal argument to an international court or tribunal orally.
