(in Polish) The material culture of towns on the base of archaeology 1201-OG-EN-MCT
Classes will focus on the following topics: Gniewkowo – outskirts in 15th–18th century; Bydgoszcz pottery workshop from about the end of 16th century (mass production: vessels; unique ceramic vessels; tiles and roofing tiles; medieval church of st. Jacob in Toruń; the equipment of the bath-house at the monastery of Canons Regular in Trzemeszno; the material culture of the Premonstratensian nunnery at Strzelno (the Romanesque period, the Gothic period, the Renaissance period, the Baroque period and the dissolution of the convent).
List of topics:
1. The material culture of the Premonstratensian nunnery at Strzelno in the light of archaeological excavations (12th–19th century).
2. Non omnis moriar. Burial wreaths in St. Jacobs church in Toruń graveyard.
3. Toruń – on medieval church of St. Jacobs. Archaeologist’ glosses.
