The program under the subject "International Management" provides knowledge about enterprise management in an international market and uses the means of operation in practice. The aim is primarily to get acquainted with the latest management information in the global environment and to present best practices in the field of international corporations.
Defining the functioning of the system in the market. Upon completion of the lecture, the student identifies the determinants of the functioning of the systems in the global market.
A) how to organize activities on foreign markets from strategic, technical, marketing, and legal aspects, including:
-with tools and techniques of conducting international business,
- how to create and implement strategic and marketing plans to expand into foreign markets,
B) What is the role of cultural differences in global business and what are the cultural strategies of an international enterprise.
Student extends and deepens the knowledge of international business management. He is able to analyze and evaluate the functioning of the international market for compact, organizational and social services. Identifies and addresses the cultural and marketing problems that arise in international collaboration. It also acquires the ability of interdisciplinary thinking.
