Shaping the level and structure of employment in the organization, including:
• human resources planning - directions, tools and conditions of W2; W4
• recruitment and selection of employees - procedures, techniques, tools W2; W4
• controlling people movements in the organization - goals, principles, tools, W2; W4
• recruitment - forms, consequences, rules of W2; W4
Employee appraisal - models of work effects appraisal and its procedure. Objectives, entities, criteria, methods, assessment tools. Areas of using the results of employee appraisal. Judging errors W2; W4
Employee education and development. A systematic approach to educating and improving employees. Methods of education and improvement. Shaping careers - goals, tools W2; W4
Motivating people to work - the essence, types, principles of effective motivating to work. Motivating tools and their place in the motivation system W3
Remuneration of employees - the essence, functions, determinants of remuneration. Basic tools of shaping remuneration W2; W3; W4
Shaping labor relations - conflict in the organization, the role of the leader in conflict resolution. Management styles and determinants of their selection W2; W4
