Master's Diploma Seminar 1155-12-E22-0-Semin
The aim of the Master’s Diploma Seminar is to support students in the process of writing their MA theses, including:
- the formulation of the research topic, aims and objectives,
- the planning of adequate research methods,
- the development of the thesis structure,
- the preparation of empirical analyses, -- the writing of the thesis
- drawing conclusions and recommendations.
Participants present and discuss sequent stages of their thesis, including the research proposal, methodology, and preliminary results.
The seminar aims to develop students’ research, analytical, and academic writing skills necessary for completing a high-quality Master’s thesis. Particular attention is also given to the ethical use of artificial intelligence tools in academic work, including proper attribution, transparency, and compliance with academic integrity standards.

Prerequisites
Assessment criteria
The Master’s Diploma Seminar lasts for 3 semesters.
In the first semester students develop their MA thesis proposals and begin theoretical studies.
In the second semester student continue and finish theoretical chapters and design research methods and tools.
In the third semester students conduct empirical research and write empirical chapters.
