The course is dealing with the most important concepts in the field of personal policy and in the field of managing own career: the art of self-presentation, impression management – a goal-directed conscious or unconscious process in which potential employees try to influence the perceptions of other people to achieve success on the labour market, shaping own image in internet, career managing, tips and crucial issues affecting chances on the labour market: writing CVs, application letters, answering questions during interviews while applying for a job, hard and soft competences on the labour market.

Obligatory conditions for assessment: Participation in lectures and exercises, Preparation of short projects connected with “applying for a job” issues, conducting oral presentation in front of the group about the described issue. Additional criteria: active participation in discussions during exercises.
