Diploma proseminar 0800-PA-DIPROS
Each student participating in the pro-seminar prepares and presents orally two issues related to his or her specialty or work thesis. Lectures are obligatorily supported by computer slideshows.
In addition to the level and content-related correctness, special attention is paid to:
1) the formal structure of the lecture,
2) proper preparation of slides,
3) clear substantive conclusions,
4) meeting time limits,
5) the ability to attract and keep the attention of listeners.
Each presentation is followed by a discussion in which all participants of the pro-seminar take part. It concerns
1) first, the substantive content of the paper,
2) and then, the formal and technical aspects of the presentation - speech and slide show.

Assessment criteria
The condition for completing the course is the performance and presentation of two seminar papers (presentations) and their electronic delivery to the teacher.
The elements indicated in the "full description" field, activity in discussions and meeting deadlines are subject to evaluation.
Assessment of the speeches and prepared presentations verifies the learning outcomes: W1, U1, U2, U3, U4, U5, K1, K2, K3.
Assessment of participation in discussions checks the effects: U3, K1 and K2.
