Surfactants 0600-S2-ChK-ZPC
During the lecture, various topics related to surfactants are discussed, i.a. the general construction of surface-active compounds, their classification based on: the chemical structure, sources of raw materials used for their production, application, environmental impact. The physical and biological properties of surfactants are discussed. Presented are the abbreviations on surfactants used in the literature. The raw materials (their preparation and properties) used for the synthesis of surfactants are discussed in details. Selected quality indicators for fat products are presented. Methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis of surfactants are discussed. As part of the lecture also ingredients of selected household chemicals and biodegradation of surface-active compounds are discussed.
