Quality management systems 0600-S2-CM-SZJ

The lectures and exercises for the "Quality Management Systems" course aim to provide fundamental knowledge regarding the legal aspects of quality management systems. The discussion will cover the key legal acts governing this field—specifically the Act of 30 August 2002 on the Conformity Assessment System, the Act of 13 April 2016 on Conformity Assessment and Market Surveillance Systems, the Act of 16 June 2023 on Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety, and the Act of 25 August 2006 on Food and Nutrition Safety—as well as relevant implementing regulations. Practical application of these legal provisions will also be explained.
