Quantitative analysis of pharmaceuticals 0600-S2-CM-AIL
The lecture on the subject Quantitative analysis of drugs aims to provide knowledge on the assessment of the quality of raw materials and pharmaceutical products in the light of Polish and European legislation. Pharmacopoeial methods used in the quantitative analysis of raw materials and finished forms of drugs will be presented. Additionally, the latest instrumental methods used in pharmaceutical analysis will be presented. The laboratory on the subject Drug chemistry - quantitative analysis is devoted to familiarizing the student with the methods of preparing samples for analysis, pharmacopoeial and modern instrumental methods used in the analysis of medicinal products. The classes include quantitative analysis of raw materials and pharmaceutical products. Quantitative analysis of active compounds will be carried out based on titrimetric, electrochemical, spectroscopic and chromatographic methods.
